Kitchens and bathrooms are the bulk of it — the rooms that decide how a house feels to live in and what it is worth when it sells. Beyond those, we add space where there wasn't any, and we keep the outside of the house sound, from siding and roofing to the porches and trim that take the weather first.

Inside, it is the finish work that decides how a project reads once the dust is gone: cabinetry and built-ins, doors and moulding, floors laid level, and paint cut clean. That is the part people run their hands over afterwards, so it is the part we are least willing to rush.

A good share of our work is making a home fit the person living in it — widened doorways, curbless showers, safe entries, and the quieter modifications that let someone stay in the house they already love instead of leaving it. We handle VA-approved work for veterans as part of that, and it is some of the most worthwhile work we take on.
